FAQs

Procurement & Customization

What are the differences between different equipment materials, and how should I choose?
I. Material Selection Logic

The primary distinction among devices made of various materials lies in their corrosion resistance. We will select the most suitable material for you based on the acidity or alkalinity of your water or gas, with key considerations including:

· Ion Species:Whether it contains F-、CL-、NO₃、SO42-etc.

· Alkaline Properties:Contains OH-

· Concentration Levels:The final material is determined based on the concentration (PPM/percentage) of the substances mentioned above.

II. Corrosion Resistance Comparison

Materials are ranked by their corrosion resistance from strongest to weakest as follows:

Titanium > 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel > 316L Stainless Steel > 304 StainlessSteel> Carbon Steel

III. Materials & Durability Reference

We will select the most suitable material for you based on the conditions of your water or gas.

Installation

What civil engineering preparations are required prior to equipment installation?
To ensure smooth installation and stable operation of the equipment, please complete the following preparations before the equipment arrives:

·Foundation:The enterprise is responsible for the civil engineering foundation, which must support the equipment's base size and weight.

·Bolt Pre-embedding:Foundation bolts must be pre-embedded according tothe dimensions indicated in our drawings.

Support:Detailed civil engineering drawings will be provided by our team inadvance to ensure accurate preparation.

Operation & Performance

Q1: Is on-site attendance required? How is the maintenance workload?
·Water Treatment Equipment: Requires dedicated personnel on duty to monitor operations.

·Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment: Does not require dedicated personnel; only periodic inspections are necessary.

·Maintenance Tasks: Daily work primarily consists of chemical preparation and equipment inspections.

·Automation Level: For equipment with a high degree of automation, the daily maintenance workload is minimal.
Q2: Do influent fluctuations affect effluent quality?
Fluctuations in influent water quality will directly impact the quality of the treated water. The specific impacts are as follows:

·Fluctuation s 20%: Generally does not have a significant impact on effluent results.

·Fluctuation > 20%:

·Physicochemical Equipment: Requires manual or automatic adjustment of chemical dosage based on water quality changes.

·Biochemical Facilities: It is necessary to prevent sudden changes (large fluctuations) in water quality, which may cause the death of bacterial cultures.

·Optimization Suggestion: If the water quality of the influent fluctuates significantly, it is recommended to reduce the influent volume to lower the influent load.

Warranty & Customer Services

Q1: How long is the warranty period for the Equipment/Systems/Core components?
·Effective Date:Coverage begins following successful installation and commissioning.

·Validity:A one-year warranty applies to the entire equipment set.

·Components:All core components, regardless of system type, include a one-year warranty.
Q2: How are post-warranty operating costs calculated?
Routine operating costs are comprised of the following key factors:

·Labor: Determined by the system's automation level and staffing needs.

·Utilities & Chemicals:Ongoing consumption of electricity, water, and chemical reagents.

·Depreciation:Standard fixed asset depreciation of the machinery.

·Water Quality Impact:Operating costs vary based on influent quality, which directlyaffects power and chemical usage.

Custom Solutions:We provide tailored engineering to meet your specific siterequirements.
Cost Efficiency: Our focus on eco-friendly, energy-saving processes ensures your long-term expenses are minimized.
