Description: The design of the integrated wastewater treatment equipment is mainly targeted at thetreatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. It uses physical, chemical, andbiological reactions to purify wastewater and reduce pollution, achieving wastewater recycling, reuse, andthe full utilization of water resources.

AO + MBR Process Principles

  • Pre-treatment
    • Screening: Removes bulky waste (plastic bags, paper, hair) via bar screens to protect equipment.
    • Equalization Tank Balances water quality and flow to reduce impact loads.
  • Biological Treatment (AO)
    • Anaerobic Stage (A): Bacteria decompose large organic molecules and generate methane in oxygen-free conditions.
    • Aerobic Stage (O): Bacteria degrade remaining organics, Ammonia Nitrogen (NH3-N), and Total Phosphorus (TP).
  • Membrane Separation (MBR)
