1.Polyester Needle Felt
Made from premium polyester fibers using a non-woven needle-punching process. Its interlocking fiber structure and uniform pore distribution ensure superior filtration performance.
Optional Treatments: Can be customized with singeing, calendering, water/oil repellent finishes, coating, and membrane lamination based on your specific requirements.
Key Parameters: Continuous operating temperature of 120°C (peak up to 130°C). Air permeability: 80~100 m³/m²/s.
Features & Applications: Features high porosity, excellent breathability, and robust chemical stability. It is widely applied in various industrial dust collection systems operating under ambient (normal) temperature conditions.
2.Membrane-Laminated Polyester Needle Felt
Engineered by laminating a PTFE microporous membrane onto the base material using a specialized process, creating a high-performance composite filter media.
Superior Features: Offers exceptional chemical stability, high-temperature resistance, and outstanding anti-condensation. The ultra-smooth surface ensures effortless dust cake release (easy cleaning) while maintaining excellent air permeability.
Ideal Applications: Highly recommended for demanding environments involving high dust concentrations, high moisture/humidity, highly adhesive (sticky) dust, and strict emission standards.
Surface Filtration & Efficiency: Achieves true surface filtration, preventing dust from penetrating the fabric and completely eliminating bag blinding (clogging). It delivers a remarkable filtration efficiency of up to 99.9%, making it perfect for flue gas purification and material recovery in all types of baghouse dust collectors.

3.PPS Needle Felt
Manufactured from high-temperature synthetic PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) fibers utilizing a 3D needle-punching process. It features a high melting point of 285°C.
Core Performance: Thanks to its unique molecular structure, it delivers exceptional thermal and chemical stability. It operates continuously at 190°C and effectively resists corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and oxidants.
Ultimate Hydrolysis Resistance: Crucially, PPS fibers do not hydrolyze, making this media exceptionally stable in high-temperature environments with high moisture levels and aggressive chemicals like sulfur dioxide (SO₂).
Ideal Applications: With its high mechanical strength, heat/chemical resistance, and excellent electrical insulation, it is widely used in waste incinerators, coal-fired boilers, and pulse-jet baghouses operating under high temperatures and corrosive conditions.
Available Specifications: Available in Standard PPS Needle Felt, PPS Membrane Needle Felt, and Anti-static PPS Needle Felt, customizable to meet specific operational demands.

4.PTFE Needle Felt
Manufactured from 100% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibers using an advanced 3D needle-punching process. Its macromolecular linear structure grants it extreme resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, and aggressive chemicals. Core Characteristics:
· Extreme Temperature Resistance: Operates reliably at a continuous temperature of 250°C, withstanding peak surges up to 280°C.
· Ultimate Chemical Stability: Completely impervious to acids, alkalis, and oxidation; virtually non-flammable.
· Zero Aging: Recognized as the only filter fiber that does not age or degrade over time.
· Extended Lifespan: Engineered for the most severe working conditions, typically delivering a service life of over 3 years.
Ideal Applications: The ultimate choice for harsh filtration environments, including chemical processing plants, waste incinerators, and high-temperature liquid filtration systems, maintaining impeccable chemical stability under the most complex conditions.
